DAB+ Radio in Car?

My car only has a AM/FM radio and now that there are no AM radio stations to listen to and reception is terrible anyway and FM is also limited, the radio station I listen to most is now only available on DAB, I have decided to get a DAB+ radio for my car.
But what?
Replace radio, expensive, use phone, probably get lifted for using phone in car while changing radio station at traffic lights and how much data will it use?
So that leaves a DAB+ adapter.
How easy will it be for an 80 year old OAP with arthritic hands to fit and will there be wires all over the place?
Any recommendations for an easy to fit and use DAB+ adapter for a 11 reg Hyundai i10?

Very difficult to be realistic. I fitted a DAB+ adaptor to my car and pulling the power wires, new aerial connection and packing everything neatly into the dashboard behind the existing headunit was not easy (I was 50).0 -
I replaced my in car radio/CD player with a DAB+ head unit several years ago, and never regretted it, and I'm 76. If you live near Worcestershire, I even have a plug-in adaptor DAB radio you can have for free. It only needs pugging into the Aux port, live, and an aerial. Always go for an outside aerial with DAB. Any others are useless."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

You can use your phone as long as you don't hold it in your hand.
So you're fine to change the stations or whatever if it's in a phone holder attached to the dash for instance and providing it's safe to do so.
