Confirmation of receipt of payment for small claims court

Hi,
I won in Small Claims Court over 2 years ago and got paid immediately. I got a letter from court that Defendant is seeking a Certificate of Satisfaction and want receipt of payment. There isn't a form or any instructions on how I make the confirmation.
Should I just write a letter back to the court?
Thanks

Unless I'm mistaken, that appears to be a form to request proof that you have made a payment, which is presumably what whoever the OP won the claim against has now submitted. The OP is asking how they need to respond to that request to indicate that they have received the payment..powerful_Rogue said:pred02 said:Hi,

Well that's the certificate of satisfaction that the OP mentioned. Best bet is to call the court and ask.

Yes, just write and confirm. Make sure you quote the claim numberpred02 said:Hi,

It's not the Certificate, it's the firm to apply for a certificate (which says you've paid the court order).powerful_Rogue said:p00hsticks said:
