I don't think you're following my gist here or reading between the lines with what I'm asking re the CCTV footage and the chances of the case getting as far as the court.
You certainly wouldn't need to "conduct a forensic examination" if the person in the CCTV footage was already forced to be present in the courtroom.0 -
