Perhaps it's the most red cards received while playing for Chelsea or West Ham
Carlton Cole had 3, all with West Ham
Ian Pearce had 4, 1 each for Reading, Crystal Palace, Tottenham & Bolton
Scott Parker had 5, 2 with Arsenal, 1 with Fulham, 1 with Blackburn, 1 with Wolves

That would make Carlton Cole the answer.
