Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 10th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 5th November 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text BURGERS or BURGERS1 or BURGERS2 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to
determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prize:

a. There is 1 prize, consisting of a 5-night trip to New York City, USA for 2 adults (aged 21+). Prize includes:

- return economy flights from a London airport to New York with 1 x item of checked luggage per person;
- return private transfers from New York airport to hotel;
- 5 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation in Manhattan, sharing a double/twin room;
- daily breakfast;
- a 2-hour guided burger tour, includes a tour of the East Village with 1 x welcome drink and two burgers;
- a 3-course dinner and drinks at a New York burger restaurant on 1 night (up to the value of £75 per person, including gratuity);
- £500 spending money;
- travel insurance.

b. London airport will be pre-selected by Supplier. Winner and guest must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guest, and prize excludes any visas. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner and guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promotion Entities cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Prize also excludes domestic travel and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

c. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over;

d. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation;

e. Prize must be taken within 12 months of acceptance. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 21st December 2024 – 2nd January 2025, UK bank holidays, 18th – 21st April 2025. At least 6 weeks’ advance notice of preferred dates must be given; winner will be asked for 3 travel dates in order of preference. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

f. Please note that the winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
