Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text HAPPY or HAPPY1 or HAPPY3 or HAPPY5 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to
determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There are 5 prizes each consisting of a £2,500 TravelCard by Inspire to book a family escape, and £200 spending money.

b. A family is based on 4 people, and costs are correct at time of going to print. The Promotion Entries are not responsible for any changes to the costs made before, during or after the Promotional Period.

c. All travel must be booked with Inspire, an ABTA and ATOL licensed agency. Gift Cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the Gift Card for new bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.

d. Standalone Flight, Cruise, Eurotunnel or Ferry products may be booked when using Gift Card as a form of payment but may attract a booking fee which will be advised at the time of booking.

e. Gift Card can be redeemed on new bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay any other products, should you have an existing booking with Inspire then this may be used to pay off the balance.

f. Gift Card is valid for 18 months from the date of issue, and will be provided as a digital card. Email address required to receive prize.

g. The card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. The card may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.

i. £200 spending money will be paid either via cheque, sent to the address (postcode) provided at point of entry, or to a UK bank account in winner’s name.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize).
