    Avail of all of the efficiency advantages currently available where possible, ie where it's feasible. At least it can't end up with a negative outcome.

    Both a cut to the lifetime allowance and changes to the 25% tax free sum have been rumoured. Paying in extra now might be to someone’s advantage with the first one, but it’ll backfire if the second comes to pass.

    Only if the drawing marginal rate is lower than the contributing, and the tfls is eliminated. Highly unlikely.
