Submission Process

To enter, share a travel photo on Instagram, tag @greeceinsiders.travel, and use the hashtag #greeceinsiders. More details are available here. 

Entries open at 12:00 AM EST on September 5th, 2024, and close at 11:59 PM EST on November 5th, 2024. 

Entries submitted outside this window will be invalid.

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. 

Proof of age may be required from the selected applicant. 

This opportunity is open to residents worldwide. 

Incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, or offensive applications will be disqualified.

Content Usage

Judging Process

A panel from Insiders Travel Experiences will review entries and select their favorite photo. 

The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Notification and Acceptance

The selected applicant will be notified via Instagram within 15 days after the application period ends. 

The selected applicant has 10 days to claim their prize. 

Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Announcement

Once confirmed, the successful applicant may be announced on Insiders Travel Experiences’ social media and website.

Spending money, and other expenses are not included. 

The prize cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or alternatives.

Exclusions

Employees of Insiders Travel Experiences, travel agents, prize suppliers, promotional agencies, and their families are excluded from this opportunity. 

Any third-party suppliers found applying will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will be conducted. No purchase is necessary to enter.
