Annual Travel Insurance

Hi I wonder if anyone can suggest a travel insurance for me and the hubby.

We go on holiday in a Motorhome and so just need medical cover.

Don't need anything to do with delays, baggage, personal effects, accomodation etc.
We don't book anything in advance.

We need Europe travel insurance but don't know which countries or time scale so need a multi trip policy.

However we do need cover for up to 90 days in one holiday (Max in Schengen area) to winter in warmer climes.

To old for back-packers which we have had in the past as we are to old at 67 and 70 but we are very active and healthy.

Unless you buy an overseas private medical insurance all travel insurance is going to include the other aspects but on standard insurance medical makes up about half the price and vastly more than half for those of a certain age or with pre-existing medical conditions. Trying to get something niche that doesn't cover standard items will be more expensive than getting standard travel insurance for which there is a lot of competitive pressure on pricing
