Scottish Parking Ticket

I was issued a fine for overstaying in a Tesco Car Park. I made no contact with the company and the fine has been passed to Debt Recovery Plus for collection. They are now threatening to take me to court with the possibility of CCJ/Decree if no payment made and additional court charges of £75. Is this enforceable in Scotland?

Nothing will happen in Scotland. They won't start a small claim. And DR Plus can't! IGNORE THEM.Fluffyduck1952 said:I was issued a fine for overstaying in a Tesco Car Park. However, things will change in 2025. Search the forum for:
