Consumer right - new build redrow faulty patio door out of warranty

Hello I am looking for help on my rights regarding out bifold patio doors.

we moved into the house (brand new) December 2021.
summer 2022 - we had to have someone from redrow come out to fix the bifold doors because they wouldn’t open (we couldn’t get them to budge)
the guy who came out said he was the one who installed them and thought they were faulty at the time he installed them. Unfortunately he said this verbally to us, but I think redrow does keep a record of our complaints and jobs/fixes while in warranty.

our warranty was up in December 2023 with redrow. I’ve called the manufacturer of the doors and they said we are also out of their warranty now.

Considering that the doors were obviously faulty from the start I was hoping there is something legally they must do - but understand I have little proof.

any help is appreciated!
Thank you
