Parking Fine for "Breach of Contract"

Good old UKPC and their driver left site scam, they won't have any evidence that anyone left site, I hope you never gave the impression you did. There has not been an attempt at court for this scam since a PPC's solicitor was threatened with a night or two at her majesty's pleasure some years ago, but it's a favourite add on bullying technique by UKPC to grab low hanging fruit off the gullible tree.Where on the signage does it mention "the driver" not leaving site (I cannot see "the driver" mentioned below)? What is the definition of the "site"Is there a plan with the boundary clearly defined? What did the observer do to mitigate the effects if someone was attempting to leave site?Is there clear sequential evidence of "the driver" making their way from the noted vehicle to the alleged boundary that the parking operator is claiming exists?1

I see that the Barrier is locked at 12.00pm, (which is noon, not midnight).3

OP
The claim is still alive until a Notice of Discontinuation is received, so check what MCOL says on Monday morning.2 -
And surely the punctuation on this sign could be improved...Obviously the heading should read...
Time limit 3hrs (no return in 2 hours)
Misplaced parenthesis.0 -

You've had nothing from DCB Legal, so the claim is still live and a CCJ is risked. Obviously add a paragraph about this letter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks again for all the help. I have emailed my defence and have received an "Auto Reply". Is that sufficient or does someone need to send an email confirming receipt manually?
