Evening strangers, it's been a while.
Just want to check this one, and I'm comfortable with the rest of the process from past experiences/court victories layrepping others.
POC as follows:
"Claim for monies outstanding from defendant...
..states that this is private land managed by ParkingEye and subject to terms and conditions including authorisation being required for parking. ANPR Captured vehicle entering and leaving the site and parking without authorisation."
------
Below are the details of the car park:

Situation: I was attending a conference at SJP, and drove into the multistorey. I kept driving around to try and find a place to park, finally finding a spot on floor 4. I missed the part about NHS staff only on higher floors on the initial sign, but noticed it before parking the car. I therefore did not park the car at all, but due to the one way route and other cars moving, took a few mins to leave the car park.
NtK was appealed and not replied, and I stupidly didn't chase. NtK showed only photos of entrance/exit, exactly 10mins between the two events. Appeal to PE as RK, using BPA CoP for grace times and that no parking event took place.
Questions:
- PoC do not mention times vehicle was claimed to have been parked, merely that it happened on x date. Should I allude to this in the defence knowing the times?
- I have bank statements showing I paid to park on that date at a nearby Newcastle City Council car park. Should this be mentioned at this point also?
- PoC is for unauthorised, so assume perhaps times don't matter anyway, and main crux of defence should be that no parking took place?

I'd say include all three points, as concisely as you canPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
