Hi does anyone have any knowledge or can give me some info on how to book the cheapest flight from France to Philippines.  Any websites or comparison sights would be great if you know how to book the cheapest flight there its a one way ticket needed for now.  Thanks to anyone who can help

  • I use Skyscanner as well but always book a flight direct with the airline.

Booking direct is more expensive than an online travel agent but I prefer not to book it with a 3rd party agent.

Also you deal directly with the airline if any problems arise.

In some cases it can be cheaper to buy return tickets rather than one-way, so maybe worth experimenting with options like that....

Hi. Google flights is your friend here. A lot depends on when you want to travel - ie how far ahead you book. Also how much hassle are you prepared to put up with in your journey. Most journeys involve one stop - next year for example it’s around £300 or so via Hanoi with Vietnam airlines (a little more if booking direct with the airline). However one can shave off a few pounds with a more convoluted trip with more stops. Personally I wouldn’t bother but if you are really pressed for finances then you might.

With Google flights it will give you a guide as to when the cheaper days are and you can generally fine tune this with the airline website.

Generally book direct with the airline and really only book through a third party if you are absolutely 1000% certain that you won’t require any changes, since the majority of third party tickets are usually very expensive to alter and any problems require sorting out through the TA rather than the airline (unless under airport control which is usually 24 hours or less to dep).
