  • I would suggest that the oddest thing here is that 4 months in, no property information has been sent. Have you had sight of the other forms - fittings and contents etc?  I would definitely be wanting to view again before going any further with this. It does feel like that missing form could be significant in some way, as presumably your solicitor has been chasing for it?

    not sure where folk have got the idea that you have exchanged already from as I can see that you have suggested that. I assume your own sale is irrelevant as you say you broke the chain on that anyway? 

    I would take this out of the agents hands now and go to negotiation between solicitors - it’s an easy starting point for yours to tell the sellers that their client is being unreasonable in the circumstances - then see where things go from there.
