This reminded me of Fineco recently. They have been badgering me about their Know Your Customer rules not being completed and at the same time sending emails and letters about how they are ceasing operations in the UK. Simultaneously. Oddly I didn't feel it was worthwhile pursuing our relationship, nor the 1p in the account.

And to the OP it seems you should put up or... the alternative.

While annoying, from their perspective they have someone contacting them saying this

"I have changed my phone number and I refuse to identify myself. I will shout at you until you give me my money"

If that worked, they would be bankrupt in days.
