Screen flickering new phone

I bought a Motorola E14 a few days ago( I had the previous model E13 with no issues)and have noticed an issue with screen flickering, it only happens for about 5-20 minutes at a time usually every 24 hours or so. It seems to happen mainly when I am charging my phone although that could be a coincidence. I don't think it's an hardware issue because it's not a constant issue and it doesn't happen in Safe Mode at all. I don't have adaptive or automatic brightness activated so that isn't the problem and my phone is fully up to date with software and android updates. Any ideas as to possible solutions. Thanks.

If I had an issue like that I'd be returned the phone PDQ.

I would also be returning it and telling the seller to replace the phone or refund the purchase

The issue has been resolved, the screen just stopped flickering a day after I made the post. No idea what caused it but there has been no issues in the past 10 days. Likely an automatic update in the app store resolved a conflicting app.
