AXA Claim - How Long?

Hi everyone!
Just curious if anyone has waited a while for a cheque when claim has been approved by AXA? I get this through my work and other colleagues have mentioned in the past they’ve waited no longer than a week but I am up to day 10 now and given it was £367 worth of dental fees I’d quite like it back soon 😂😬. They did say cheque would be up to 10 days so I’M maybe being impatient.
Anyway if anyone has experiences please let me know!
Thanks in advance 😄

Approval of the claim and approval of the cheque will likely be two separate actions.
Back in my claims days it could take 2 days to get the cheque raised, approved, printed and sent but with backlogs and/or errors being made and/or wanting to enclose a covering letter etc it can easily be 7-10 days. When sent we used UK Mail which is an up to 3 working day delivery timescale.
I'd give it a couple more days and then chase them but if you're being impatient then call them now1 -
Thanks so much, that’s helped. I’ll wait till Monday then give em a call 😄0
