Thanks @Coupon-mad we will push this point in the reply. We have stated a similar reason for the point of the land is covered by byelaws and therefore in out opinion not relevant for POFA. With pick up and drop off not being under contractual offer would it again only be the land owner who could take this further?Coupon-mad said:"No pick up or drop offs allowed" is a prohibition, not a contractual offer.0 -

Hi.
I've just received a PCN today which was issued on the 31st January 2025. My wife had taken me to work and dropped me off at the Skyway filling station at Newcastle Airport next to the car wash that day. She was there for less than 30 seconds and also the photos are very poor quality. I don't deny it was us, but the pcn was received on the 14th day and she thought that the forecourt of a petrol station was safe. My question is should I pay this and if I don't pay will the bylaw land me in court, the latter I cannot afford to happen due to jeopardising my job.
