Can I transfer my PAYPAL Credit to a 0% Credit Card??

I have accumulated a small amount of debt (2K) I am looking at avoiding interest charges (currently 23%) and transfer to a 0% credit card. Can this be done? If so how?

    You can't do a balance transfer.
    You would need to get a money transfer card, move the money to your bank account & pay PP from there.
