Best New Joint Account (NOT Switch)

My partner and I have just become husband and wife. Thank you 😊
We want to create a new joint account for shared expenses such as restaurant bills, each of us paying some money in each month for such costs. We probably would pay in £500 per month.
We don't want to switch or lose our individual bank accounts. We will still pay our monthly bills as before from our own accounts.
I've trawled the MSE bank accounts info, but the comparisons all seem to compare accounts if switched to from other accounts.
Basically, what's currently the most advantageous account to open as a new account title?
Any thoughts or recommendations welcomed.

Except for certain cashback offers from third party sites, you don't get incentives for opening a bank account without switching, but you can work around that by opening a sacrificial donor account to use specifically for switching.0

My partner and I used to have a Halifax Reward joint account, as well as a Halifax Reward account each. This allowed the joint pot to benefit from an extra £5 per month. For simplicity, we gave up on that arrangement in the end and we both have individual current accounts with Kroo (no joint account). Each month my partner pays me a fixed amount to cover roughly half of the join bills (groceries, energy, water, tv, broadband, mortgage etc). It doesn't matter that the split isn't exact because we're married and all wealth belongs equally to both of us.For bar/restaurant spending, one of us treats the other one to the night out...and the person who treats the other picks up the bill. Over the lifetime of marriage this should end up roughly equal.0

As above, without switching you're probably limited in what rewards you can get. Might jyst be easiest to open a joint account with a bank that both of you have sole accounts with.
Only other thought is if you can make use of packaged bank accounts, then they usually offer good value when held in joint names as a single monthly fee typically covers both people named on the account. Otherwise you might be able to get some cashback for opening a new account through Topcashback/Quidco/etc.

I'd recommend Starling or Monzo, the apps are much better than anything the old fashioned banks offer.

We've just opened a joint Club Lloyds account. It pays a small (1%) interest on a positive balance and a 'lifestyle' reward. We chose Disney plus but there are other options such as cinema tickets.
Santander pay cash back on certain bills if you want that sort of thing and NatWest have some cashback (rewards) if you spend on the card.
Just look at bank accounts and choose one that might give you extra benefits.Debt Free: 01/01/2020
