Royal Mail Counterfeit Stamp Scanner app problem

Doesn't work on my Android phone. All camera permissions switched on but camera doesn't come on, so can't scan the stamps. Anyone else had problems? Thanks!

This isn't a separate app, its part of the Royal Mail app in case anybody was wondering:Works fine here.
