I’ve been trying to negotiate with this company as my business is struggling for 2 months and tried to organise a payment plan. They won’t discuss it, they’re not open to help people at all, they just send a termination notice. It’s really not helping my mental health at all, as I’m on anti-depressants, this company are just the worst, unhelpful in a time of need

If you don't have a question here, you should post on the vents sub forum - not sure what you are after here - what does the firm's terms say about payment plans etc?
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

If you're able to supply a few more details then we may be able to offer some constructive advice. However ....
The implication is that the finance is possibly for a company vehicle ? If so, your options may be somewhat different to those covered by consumer law/guidelines. If it's a B2B arrangement then different guideline will apply.q17creative said:my business is struggling0 -
Is this a commercial lease/finance or is it a private lease/finance which you're struggling with because your income is down at the moment because of your business?q17creative said:I’ve been trying to negotiate with this company as my business is struggling for 2 months and tried to organise a payment plan. The requirements on them are different if they are dealing with a business than if they are dealing with a private individual0
