Are you saying you suspect contributions that you intended to be paid into the pension are being pocketed by the adviser? This should not be how things work. I think you need to see a pension statement as suggested in one of the first replies.

"considering we have had vivid,wars,high inflation,credit crunch,9/11 ete.My charges never changed.It’s 1% of the fund value per annum paid on a monthly basis.Obviously the investment platform make a charge as well"0 -

If your fund value is £100k, that would mean £1k fees per year, or about £83 per month. If you're only contributing, say, £50 a month that explains the problem.
Is this a very old arrangement? I am surprised to see 9/11 referenced given it happened almost a quarter of a century ago.4 -
