    Poor old Dozie.

    But this is the most surprising stat: "Only 36% had to resort to an eviction order to get rid of tenants, mostly the unpaying kind. But that was very much a last resort.”

    36%!!!! That's a huge figure! Imagine if "only" 36% of ING account holders didn't get their interest paid for up to six months - no one would touch the investment with a barge pole.

    Next week I wonder if Dullard will have suddenly discovered the wonders of the stock market, and start advising her acolytes to abandon property for shares....

    Only problem is she will be going hee haw hee haw about the price and always price it right out of the buyers offers so will follow the bear market down.......

    "Only" 36% !!!

    lets try this instead -

    Round it up - out of every 10, 4 will require court evictions.....doesnt seem so small now does it?....its not far off half in my book!!!!
