Freezing Additional card holders on Virgin Atlantic credit card app

I have just added my wife as an additional card holder for my Virgin atlantic credot card.  She has now received her card but she has a bad habbit of losing it lol.

I assumed there would be away of freezing her card on the app like i can freeze mine but i cant see it anywhere in the app. 

Anyone know if this is possible?

I asked in the past, you can't, you have to call or Chat to them to do it

If your wife tends to lose something as important as a credit card, you never know when you'll get unrecognised transactions appearing on your account.  Maybe it would be safer just to cancel her card completely.

Tell her one lost card & that is it, she is off the account.
She will have to get her own CC account & deal with it that way.
