Minister bayeatch fine

Greetings mortals.
Apologies for my english. I am a colonizer from Europe not a native. 

I have received this letter from Sinister Baywatch. What happened is I forgot to input my licence plate number into the system at my gym. Parking is free but you need to input your reg every time. A friend of mine got a similar ticket some time ago for the same reason tried appealing but it was rejected. So i know that route won't work. Is there any way to fight this? I have successfully appealed many parking fines in the past using THE TEMPLATE, but from browsing the forum I understand that it doesn't work on SINISTER BAYWATCH. 
Any advice?

Is that the complete NtK? Are there any evidential photos? Is the "period of parking" to which the notice relates mentioned anywhere? Why was the date of the event and what date is on the NtK as the date of sending? What do the signs at the location say the terms are? Do the signs have name of Minster Baywatch on them or do they have the name Bransby Wilson on them?

Based on the portion of the NtK shown, it fails to fully comply with PoFA 9(2)(e)(i) as there is no "invitation", nor any synonym of the word, for the Keeper to pay the charge.

You haven't appealed any "fines" with help from here!

What did the gym say when you asked them to call off their tame Rottweilers that are harassing their member that is thinking of cancelling his membership if this ridiculous invoice isn't cancelled?

there are photos i will check site for signage.

You can just ignore Sinister Baywatch (I love that nickname you invented!). 

DO NOT PAY THIS.

No appeal will work unless the signs are bad. Please get photos of all the different signs, especially looking for ones covered by leaves or that say 'Bransby Wilson' instead of MB.

Is this an accusation? I have appealed many fines before using THE TEMPLATE . (Thank you) They were straight forward cases so there was no need to spam the forum. I haven't asked them. A friend of mine did as I have mentioned. I might give it a go. Thanks for your suggestion.
