DCB Legal parking fine for overstaying - defence help

Just to keep this updated as I had my mediation call today.
Their first offer was £230, I countered with £15 (the fee for parking over 2 hours). They countered with £100, I said £20 which they accepted.

£20 does not even cover the £35 court fee so I am even more suspicious that DCB Legal might be paying parking firms a 'golden hello' (or similar money) and effectively buying old PCN data but without it looking that way. That's my opinion only but if I'm right, that's not allowed.
..anyway, well done!
