Nissan dealership not sending keys

I bought a car from Nissan dealership Glyn hopkin Watford in July this year. Was told they will send the second pair of keys and the missing boot part in the post. 
It’s now been 2 months and countless emails and phone calls but nothing has been sent.  Not only this but they never set up the 12 month RAC breakdown cover. I have complained to Nissan customer service but they created a case number and that’s pretty much it. 

Every time I call them, they say yes will send it and set up RAC but do nothing. My car sales person has essentially gone silent. 

Im at my wits end and don’t know what to do. What are my rights and what if they never send me the keys or the missing part.

  • If it was agreed to send you those things, then your right is to have them.  I'd write to them to say you'll give them 14 days to send the items, or you'll order them yourself and pass the costs onto them, taking them to small claims court if necessary.

    New car?

    If not then nothing Nissan will do.
