Cannot set up Mac air after wiping the disk

in Techie Stuff
Could not log on to Mac air and took it to computer shop and paid £50. He reset it but I cannot set it up. Get stuck on this ? It’s doing my head in. Can anybody help pl? Going to computer shop tomorrow.

I did exactly the same on a MacBook Pro
Took it to an Apple Store and they fixed it
It was well out of warranty

Just found out why it is not working. Can only type in capital letters that’s why I cannot log on internet.0
