How to stop Facebook security alerts

Every time I try logging in to Facebook on any device except my phone - I get a security alert popping up - "This is an unexpected location" or "this is an unexpected device"
NO it's not - I have been logging on for years at this location (it's where I live) and using MY tablet or my Laptop...
Is there a way of preventing these pop ups - because EVERY TIME they pop up - I get more and more annoyed.
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.
