Ebay Buyer requesting delayed despatch - how to avoid a defect, please?

The Buyer came back to say they didn't want to cancel it or get a refund, were happy to have it posted still.They assured me there would be no issues.I have posted it within the Ebay timeframe and it has reached them on time.I just have to see if there are any problems with it now but hopefully not.At least I have got plenty of messages to show Ebay if need be and have done everything right at this end.Will update when I know more, thanks
