Advice on laptop issue

I thought my laptop was running hot. It felt warmer than usual on the left side but I now think it’s probably ok.
anyway, as part of the diagnostics, I followed a Dell hardware checking programme and some components seemed to fail. I don’t know what they are and my laptop works fine.
the only thing I can think of is an external webcam sometimes goes funny during zoom calls.
should I do anything about them? Ie if I’m not coming across issues in my day to day activities will I be ok without these components?

The dell diagnostics tool itself kept giving error messages before delivering those results0

Ok so I found out how to check drivers. All up to date. On status I got this. Am I right in reading that this states there’s an issue with a specific usb port?

Have you Parsec installed as I believe that can cause issues.

Run Dell support assistant, that will check all drivers and BIOS for any updates.
