Hi
I have received a N1SDT claim form issue dated 3rd sept 2024.
the form is in relation to parking in TGI fridays Walsall when attending site for work on the premises. Dated during covid 13/03/2020.
I appealed historically and never heard back since and I cant remember the details. Some years later I now have the N1SDT.
q1, is there a time clause thing as this along time ago.
q2, can I request all information and a copy of what they have as I have nothing now and cant remember the details.. in order to prepare my defence
Thank you
(Yes I am new on here and in a bit of a panic trying to sort- thank you your patience)

Hello and welcome.
To answer your questions...
1. they have six years to raise a court claim and seem to be within that.
2. yes you can ask for that, but current advice is not to do that, but instead rely entirely on what is in the Particulars of Claim box on the Claim Form. With that in mind, can you please show us a picture of the Particulars of Claim - with personal detail hidden of course. With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd September, you have until Monday 23rd September to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 7th October 2024 to file a Defence. That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Is it Walsall Waterfront or something? There is another claim about that place on here.
Show us a picture of the claim form but cover your data, QR Code, VRM, Claim Number and the MCOL password too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did you file an Acknowledgment of Service before Tuesday 24th September?
If not, best do it now. Just follow the guidance I posted ten days ago.1 -
Yes on line 12.09.242

I would suggest that you get on with drafting your defence and posting your adapted paragraphs 2 & 3 etc on here for critique ASAP, the deadline is looming
Do not post the rest of the unchanged parts of the defence on here, they don't need checking0 -
You haven't redacted what I stated to cover.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
