Microsoft Office Live Basic Help Please!

Is anyone else having trouble with the final stage of sign-up? Stating that it is not possible to sign-up at this time and to try again later.
I've registered with them before and everything went fine. I was asked to do one for a friend who has just set up a business after I told him about MOLB. Everytime I re-attempt to signup the domain name is available. e.g mybusiness.com BUT everytime I re-try, the user names I use become unavailable e.g [EMAIL="info@mybusiness.com"]info@mybusiness.com[/EMAIL], [EMAIL="admin@mybusiness.com"]admin@mybusiness.com[/EMAIL] etc.
Now, when I attempt to sign into the live account using for e.g [EMAIL="info@mybusiness.com"]info@mybusiness.com[/EMAIL] it states that the p/w is incorrect and I go through the whole re-set p/w process which works fine in that I am sent an email at my alternative address. I follow the instructions and then try to log-in with the new p/w but I then get the message that I have attempted to login-in with the wrong password too many times.
I've sent microsoft a number of emails and not had a reply yet.
Can anyone offer any tips/help/advice please?

The UK site is having problems at the minnute (as are some other live services). The US version seems better.0

Also do you not need to use a WINDOWS LIVE address like your HOTMAIL one rather than your OFFICE LIVE address to sign up as then you would be setting up another free office live using an office live account which I dont think is allowed.0

Hmmm .... I was trying to log into the office live web account to see if it was set up if that makes sense (I'm confusing myself) I wasn't trying to log into just the email account thing if that makes sense.

Yep .... finally got an email from them. Their response?
Try signing up using a different PC with different ISP and use a different credit card .... like i've got stacks of them:rolleyes:
