Thank you - if you read today 15th you will have a weeks worth.
Have you an old bill showing actual readings - even if you have to back many months (or years).
PS can you share the page of the bill which shows the actual readings the supplier is using. Then you will be able to compare the readings which the bill has been based on against the actual readings you now have.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

08/09/2024:
Day: 12262
Night: 31844
Total: 44506 Should be 44106
11/09/2024:
Day: 12666
Night: 31856
Total: 44523 Should be 44522I'm not going to be submitting the actual readings until i know the meter is working correctly so i can tell them what i estimate is the correct use (as the previous estimates are way off). Right now, 17kWh over 3 days seems too low. i'm going to take another one tomorrow.Your figures don't add up.The corrected figures show a 3 day usage of 416 not 17.Best to get facts right before going in all guns blazing. Are you prepared for "as the previous estimates are way off" they may have been underestimated?

Billed estimated readings at 26 July of 10903 and 13840.So with current reads of 12666 and 31856 means that bill is a massive underestimation.Do the meter serial number/s on that bill reflect the actual meter that is being read ?And, as asked elsewhere, do you have an old actual meter reading no matter how long ago it was ?Is the shop completely stand alone, could that meter be supplying someone else as well ?
