Mobility scooter batteries

If the battery is faulty, knackered, it can confuse the charger into thinking they are fully charged when they are not.

The batteries have been charged regularly and I often try to run them down to around 30% left then charge.

Just heard back from the supplier and the batteries have failed the test. 
So 2 new batteries are being sent out.
