REPLACEMENT BURNERS AND COVERS FOR OLDER STYLE GAS COOKER

My Indesit Cucina gas oven, KD3G28, is an older style free-standing model with 4 burners, 1 large, 1 small and 2 medium. It completely meets my needs as an elderly person, is great to use and is checked each year by a gas safe engineer.
Last week, I decided to give it a full clean, took the burners and covers off, gave them a scrub and left them on some newspaper to drain. At the same time, I was clearing out cupboards, disposing of old tins and food packets. Somehow, the fittings must have got thrown out in error and now I have to replace them. PROBLEM!!!
I have tried Indesit and other spares by post internet sites, called a few where real people answer the phones, but no luck. The model and code is not recognised and is thought to be obsolete.
There are various suppliers online - I found lots on Amazon - who sale "universal" sets that "should fit most cookers". My question is whether these spares would need to meet safety standards and how can I check this. I have left a question on Amazon but no reply so far.
Can anyone advise me on this?
Thanks

These look like some of the parts you need, but once you have purchased 4 covers and 4 caps, you will have spent nearly as much as a replacement oven.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help and for finding this site.
The prices are way more than I expected. It may be time to think about a new cooker but I rarely use mine now as I have a microwave and mini-oven to keep the costs down. I don't think I would want to be without a proper oven completely though so back to the drawing board!0
