  • That would suggest that your password is guessable, perhaps using information gleaned from elsewhere such as social media, or you were hacked by someone you know who knows or has guessed your password, or GYG has had a data breach they don't yet know about or haven't informed customers about.

    The same happened to me tbh, I suddently got an email saying I had booked a £100 London walking trip for one child, 5 mins later before I could even deal with that one I got another, Looked at my card and had £200 taken.

    Messaged GYG, the day after the trip organiser actually cancelled the trip and I got a full refund anyway. I had a card saved in there, which has now obviously been removed. No idea how it happened,
    Interesting that GYG refunded you

    The emails I got said the trip organiser cancelled themselves, if that was true or not I dunno.

    Personally I think their app malfunctioned in some way and they just havent told people.
