That would suggest that your password is guessable, perhaps using information gleaned from elsewhere such as social media, or you were hacked by someone you know who knows or has guessed your password, or GYG has had a data breach they don't yet know about or haven't informed customers about.0

Messaged GYG, the day after the trip organiser actually cancelled the trip and I got a full refund anyway. I had a card saved in there, which has now obviously been removed. No idea how it happened,0 -

Personally I think their app malfunctioned in some way and they just havent told people.0
