WIN YOU WERE HERE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter or companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Friday 13 September 2024. 
●    Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00pm on Monday 30 September 2024.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first ten (10) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

●    You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize:

Each prize consists of an easyJet Holiday credit worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds) to be redeemed against one (1) or multiple easyJet holiday(s) of each winner’s choice (subject to availability) on https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays (“Credit”), which can be beach holiday(s) and/or city breaks(s) and £1,000 (one thousand pounds) cash which will be made payable by BACS payment in the name of each winner.

 

The Promoter will provide each winner with a voucher code which will enable them to redeem the Credit on https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays (“easyJet Website”). To redeem the Credit, each winner will be required to: (i) create an account on the easyJet Website (“Account”); and (ii) select ‘redeem a gift card’ in the main menu of the easyJet Website and enter the voucher code provided by the Promoter. The Credit will then show in each winner’s Account and can then be used to book easyJet holiday(s). The easyJet holiday(s) may include accommodation and return standard easyJet flights from a UK airport of the winner’s choice to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to. For beach holidays only, it may also include return shared airport to hotel transfers and a 23kg hold baggage per person each away. Please note that city breaks only include under seat hand baggage, return transfers and additional baggage may be added for an additional fee at the winner’s cost.

 

The winners must use their Credit to book the easyJet holiday(s) within thirteen (13) months from the date of issue of the Credit (“Expiry”) but the easyJet holiday(s) may be taken after the Expiry.

 

The winner may travel with any number of companion(s), up to the total booking value of £5,000. Where the winner’s booking(s) are more than £5,000, the winner must pay any extra costs above the £5,000. Where the winner’s booking(s) are worth less than £5,000, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining Credit will be lost if it is not redeemed by the Expiry.

 

Please note that the Credit is not available for bookings made via travel agents and cannot be used towards easyjet.com flight only bookings or extras, cost of travel insurance, travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the easyJet holiday(s) are the responsibility of each winner.

 

Once the holiday(s) have been booked, the booking conditions of the prize provider (available at https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/booking-conditions) will apply, with the exception that no refund (whether in cash or credit) will be provided if the easyJet holiday is cancelled for any reason by the winner. In the event that the prize provider cancels the booking, an alternative easyJet holiday will be offered where possible, or Credit for the easyJet holiday will be re-issued to the winner’s Account.  

 

The Prize may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by offering additional prize(s).
