Who can enter:

These Across Daytime terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

 

The Prize Draws (defined below) are open to entrants who are: (a) residents in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group Plc or are an immediate family member of the same (including live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) Across Daytime prize draw in relation to the programmes Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning, Loose Women and John & Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen (the “Programme”) (the “Main Prize Draw”) and one (1) associated prize draw for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (the “Bonus Prize Draw”). The Main Prize Draw and the Bonus Prize Draws together, the “Prize Draws”. 

 

Main Prize Draw

 

●    The Main Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (the “Website”) on Friday 13 September 2024.
●    The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via: (i) PRTS, SMS, the App and via the Website (together, the “Paid Entry Routes”) at 4.00pm on Friday 18 October 2024; and (ii) post (the “Postal Entry Route”) at 4.00pm on Thursday 24 October 2024.  

Bonus Prize Draw

 

Subject to the Postal Requirements (defined in the ‘Post’ section below), all entries into the Main Prize Draw will receive a corresponding entry into the Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize as follows:

 

●    The Bonus Prize Draw: opens on Friday 27 September 2024 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 4 October 2024; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 10 October 2024.

 

Please note that for the period: (i) from Friday 13 September 2024 to the opening of the Bonus Prize Draw on Friday 27 September 2024 at the time as advertised in the Programme and on the Website; and (ii) from Thursday 10 October 2024 at 4.00pm to Thursday 24 October 2024 at 4.00pm, there will be no Bonus Prize Draw. There will be a different postal ID as shown in the ‘Post’ section below to enter into the Main Prize Draw only.

Winner selection & contact:

There will be two (2) draws in total as follows: 
●    Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win £500,000 cash.

●    Bonus Prize Draw: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Bonus Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries for the Bonus Prize Draw will win £10,000 cash.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants can enter the Main Prize Draw via the following methods:

●    PRTS Phone - call 09011 20 91 18 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to twelve (12) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.50 plus your network access charge.

●    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN, WINNER or APP to 80118; up to twelve (12) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.50 plus one standard network rate message.  Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

●    Online/App - go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):
o   Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).
o   Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
o   Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.
o   Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
o   Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.
o   Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

 

A single online entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Please note that entries using this postal ID will be entered to the Main Prize Draw only; and/or

All entries into the Main Prize Draw made via the Paid Entry Routes between Friday  27 September 2024 after the opening time of the Bonus Prize Draw (at the time as advertised in the Programme and/or the Website) and Friday 4 October 2024 at 4.00pm will automatically be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize, as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above.

 

For entries made via the Postal Entry Route to qualify for the Bonus Prize Draw, you must add the correct postal ID (‘BONUS40’), as shown in the ‘post’ section above) and your postal entry must be received during the Bonus Prize Draw period relating to that postal ID as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above (“Postal Requirements”). Postal entries that do not meet the Postal Requirements will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw, but will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw provided that these are received within the Main Prize Draw opening and closing times as shown above. By way of example only, if your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘BONUS40’ and your entry is received after 4.00pm on Thursday 10 October 2024 but before 4pm on Thursday 24 October 2024, your postal entry will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw however, you will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw. If your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘CD38’ and your entry is received during the Bonus Prize Draw period as set out above, your postal entry will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw, and will only be entered into the Main Prize Draw.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, all postal entries with the correct postal ID ‘BONUS40’ as shown above received in accordance with the Postal Requirements for the Bonus Prize Draw will be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw and the Main Prize Draw.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

The prize for winner of the Main Prize Draw consists of £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The prize for the five (5) winners of the Bonus Prize Draw consists of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrants only. 
 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
