I've never won anything. Just did four, two gas and two electric (not sure why they're not on the same page), and all 0. I don't know if it's something to do with my tariff or whether I'm woefully unlucky!

I’ll only bother noting down the win number if I ever win more than 8 points. Never any more than the minimum under either scheme.

I also stopped on 800 points !  So surprised I took a screen shot.   BUT my account only shows 8 points !!!

Is this a cover up for a software fault ?       Shades of Post Office Horizon, perhaps ???

Me too, since no reasonable, sentient being would ever compare a fault about a handful of Octopoints with a systematic cover up that destroyed lives. Right?
