2 phones not seeing my Bluetooth headset SOLVED

I like to use an old phone to listen to my music on bluetooth headset when in the house, as I like to keep my main phone free for comms. 

So I have 3 x Samsung S3 Minis. Yes three. (They cost less than £30 so I have them in most rooms. They are great to use as MP3 players and they have a genuine FM radio, which I prefer to digital radio). 

Anyway, I had two of these old S3 Minis and one died, so I replaced it with two more. And I can't get either of the new ones to work with Bluetooth... the whole reason I bought them!

My headset "i35" is not showing up at all. And neither are my big bluetooth headphones. Both work fine with my original S3 Mini, my laptop and my newer smartphone an A13. 

What am I doing wrong please?
