Scottish Power, again!
Scottish Power made an appointment to repair our smart meter. The guy didn't turn up, and they rang that day and made a new appointment. Is there a £30 penalty for that?
To clarify, the smart meter was fitted some time ago, but it has never worked properly, and they now wish to do something to make it connect better with the telephone system.
The appointment was for 30 August, and I have not received a payment. Does that mean they now owe me £60?

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Depends on the reason they cold not make the appointment. Was it beyond their control?
