Hi, but I couldn't find the email address of the CEO on their website.
  • Complain to the CEO of the NHS Trust.

Since the appeal deadline is approaching next Wednesday, I have a couple of questions.

    1. If I don't receive a reply before the deadline, should I go ahead and appeal directly to ParkingEye? Will the deadline be paused when the appeal is in process?
    2. Does ParkingEye pause the appeal deadline once I submit my appeal?  haven't received any official post about the charge—only a yellow windscreen notice.               Thanks again.

    What deadline?
If the alleged event occurred on the 12th, and a NTD was left on the vehicle, then ParkingEye cannot request the keeper's details from the DVLA until the 10th of September. If a cancellation is not forthcoming, then you should appeal as keeper a few days before that, say around the 7th or 8th, using the online PE appeal portal and the template in blue text from the NEWBIES.

This gives you over two weeks to get your complaints in.

You haven't confirmed which hospital, but if it is this one,

    St Mary's Hospital - Kettering | NHFT

Then PALS and complaints contacts can be found here.

Definitely wait for the postal NTK as long as this is your own car.  There is no deadline approaching.
