Apologies, a bit of thread drift…I dropped my hive thermo and buggered the screen (still works using app) anyone know if it is replaceable?0

Simple option would be to download mobile app or set up on your computer & use that.Life in the slow lane0

If you want it replaced, phone hive tell them, they will probably offer you their garbage heating plus sub for £20 a year which includes warranty for devices. Just remember to cancel the sub before it renews in 12 months at a higher cost.
