What does a "Management Pack" contain?

At some time I will have to ask the management company for a Management Pack if I sell my freehold property (I believe the "Pack" cost about £300)
This is because I pay an annual fee towards the maintenance of communal land and open spaces.
The management company will not answer my question directly but do say it contains a statement that I am up to date with my annual maintenance payments.
So I have been trying to find out EXACTLY what a Management Pack contains so I'm prepared but can only find that a FME1 (Freehold Management Form) is required.
Can anyone tell me if anything else is needed, or Is the word "Pack" misleading.

Budget for the year, service charge statement, FME1 , draft blank contract , deed of covenant standard stuff we got charged £140Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.1

The OP says their property is freehold - so it's almost certainly a house. The OP also says:dowpic said:This is because I pay an annual fee towards the maintenance of communal land and open spaces.
So an "External Wall System" (EWS) certificate won't be relevant.
An EWS1 form might be relevant for a leasehold flat, but the management pack for that would be different from what @chanz4 describes. For example, it wouldn't include an FME1 form, but it would include an LPE1 form.

Thanks everyone for your comments.
Yes, the EWS won't be needed because my management agreement only relates to external communal spaces.chanz4 said:Budget for the year, service charge statement, FME1 , draft blank contract , deed of covenant standard stuff we got charged £140
The deed of covenant is written into the Land Registry/House Deeds so the convayancing solicitor would have that. Is it likely that the management company would provide that paperwork as well ?
