I suggest you have a look at the British  Car Parks  Code of Practice. (google it)
I googled British Car Parks Code of Practice but it's not very clear which code of practice you are referring to.   ;)

There seems to be all sorts wrong with this PCN. I suggest you have a look at the British  Car Parks  Code of Practice. (google it)
Also some useful info if you google RAC and parking charge notices.
Finally, if you want to watch a couple of videos, the Black Belt Barister (a genuine barister) has a number of them about PCNs again, google him.
    His videos are pretty bad.

Just use the Template Defence as you see in all the other DCB Legal / Euro Car Parks claims at the moment.  They are litigating a huge batch. We have 2 or 3 exact match threads like yours each day, so go back and scroll through the forum to read a good half dozen or more. Learn how people worded their paragraph 3. Copy!

  • Thank you newbury boy, just an absolute bloody minefield - I can see why people just pay up - the stress is real!!  I will read up on the articles you have suggested
  • Thank you Coupon Mad - I will try to search these out.  I did do a search and found one - it is clear they have submitted claim forms for all outstanding PCNs, as have other many others

You've replied to a new poster with fewer posts than you, who posted about a non-existent Code of Practice and some excitable youtube videos which aren't worth watching.

  • Hi all - I am in the process of finalising my defence and sending to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk as advised but can I just ask, once I send this off, am I also required to serve the defence on the claimant also?  I think I read somewhere here that the Court will submit to the Claimant but just wanted to check.  Thank you in advance for advice given.

Just send your Defence to that CNBC address.
The CNBC will forward a copy to the Claimant.

If you were expected to do anything else, don't you think it would be mentioned in that checklist you are following?
  • Thank you KeithP.
