The prize draw is organised on behalf of our travel agent members located across the UK by The Advantage Travel Partnership, of c/o Regus, Eagle House, 167 City Road, London, EC1V 1AW.

Entry to the draw will be permitted between 06 September 2024 to midnight on 04 October 2024 inclusive.

The Prize

A European cruise for two travelling with AmaWaterways, including return economy flights from the UK at the airports available with Advantage Holidays & Cruise at the time of booking. Complimentary stateroom is for a 5 or 7-night European cruise, including port charges and subject to availability at the time of booking.

Accommodation is based on a Category E stateroom, The cruise must be booked at least 60 days before the departure date and is subject to availability & capacity.

The winner can choose to upgrade their stateroom at 50% of the brochure upgrade rate (not applicable to A+, AA+ or Suites).

Transfers, insurance and any onboard expenditure, such as discretionary gratuities, are not included in the prize and are at the expense of the winning individual.

This prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and the prize excludes Egypt, Southern Africa and AmaMagna departures. Please book your prize via your travel agent.

AmaWaterways is responsible for providing the winner with the cruise in accordance with their standard booking Terms and Conditions and not the Advantage Travel Partnership or any of its travel agent members under any circumstances.

The flights are being provided by Advantage Holidays & Cruise, who are a subsidiary of The Advantage Travel Partnership. Flights will be offered on an economy basis including 1 x piece of hold baggage and 1 x piece of cabin luggage per person. Whilst every effort to secure your chosen flight time and departure airport will be made, they are subject to availability. Once confirmed, flights are non-changeable.

How to enter

All entries must be submitted via your travel agency link to the online entry form.

Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members will not accept responsibility for entries that are mislaid, incomplete or unsuccessful regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over with the exception of employees of The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members, their families and anyone else connected to the prize draw.

Only one entry per household is permitted.

In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or prize draw.

The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or prize draw.

The Draw

A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within 14 days the prize draw ending.

The winner will be notified of the prize via email or telephone (using details provided at entry) directly by the travel agency who the entrant came via within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the travel agency within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and The Advantage Travel Partnership be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Once the winner has claimed their prize and the claim has been verified, the winner will arrange the booking of the prize elements directly with their Advantage Travel Partnership travel agency.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The prize is supplied by AmaWaterways (the "Supplier"). The Advantage Travel Partnership reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of The Advantage Travel Partnership regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Advantage Travel Partnership, of c/o Regus, Eagle House, 167 City Road, London, EC1V 1AW, or an email to marketing@advantagetravelpartnership.com within one month of the date of the closing date of the prize draw. 

The Advantage Travel Partnership reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, The Advantage Travel Partnership, its travel agency members, Supplier or supplier partners will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of The Advantage Travel Partnership, its travel agency members, Supplier or supplier partners or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity

The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy which can be found at www.advantagemembers.com/privacy-policy.html.

By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by The Advantage Travel Partnership, the travel agent member, the Supplier and the supplier partners providing the prize to administer the prize draw.

Individuals’ information submitted to enter the prize draw will only be shared with the travel agency partner where the entry originated from. All consent preferences provided on the entry form will be adhered to in accordance with the UK data protection laws.

Where no travel agency can be ascertained at the point of entry, individual names will be provided to your closest Advantage Travel Partnership travel agent member, for them to contact you in accordance with the consent you provide at the point of entering the prize draw.

Governing law

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

The Advantage Travel Partnership reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
