Hello, just need to know where to go next.
I booked a hotel at Disneyland Paris. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children 13 and 8) with park tickets and a 1/2 board package.
When we arrived I was told that it had been booked to 2 adults and  children. The Disney Hotel were really good, they phoned Hotels.com twice who were no help at all. The hotel then gave me tickets for 1 day and breakfasts, I had to buy tickets for our other 3 days and tge children's meals which came to 553 Euros. I contacted Hotels.com when we got home, they went back to the Disney Hotel and asked them for the money I spent.  I told Hotels.com that I'd booked and paid the money to them so my contract was with them. They still carried on with their Disney pursuit. Hotels.com came back and told me Disnet would not refund me the money. I've again told them that my conractt was with them and what was they going to do. That was 3 days ago, I've had no response. Can anyone signpost me where to go next.

You may have missed out the odd word in your opening sentence.
Are you saying that you had the booking for the two adults and the children for the hotel, but not the other parts of the package, The half board and the park tickets?
What does your booking email, vouchers etc actually show?
